Hard of hearing?
We have an induction loop at reception and in our education room. We also have a portable loop so please ask at reception if you would like the member of staff you are seeing to use this.
Some of our staff have been trained to use basic sign language and will do their best to help you.
We do not use a tannoy so please do not worry! Please tell the receptionist if you have hearing problems so we can put an alert on your records.
You can also email us if this is easier on email@example.com We also use a texting service to remind you of your appointment and you can also use our online service to book appointments, order prescriptions, view your test results and send us messages.
We work closely with Action for Deafness to ensure our staff are trained to help you.
