We are holding a colouring competition again for 2018.

The entry closing date is 11.00am on Thursday 29th March and the winner will be announced via telephone on the same day.
To preserve confidentiality, we will not ask you to disclose your reason for wanting to make an appointment at the Reception Desk. However it would be helpful to the Receptionist if you could tell them if you feel you could be helped by a Paramedic Practitioner, Practice Nurse or a Doctor.
Please help us to help you
We now have a team of highly qualified and experienced Paramedic Practitioners who can consult, advise and treat on many illnesses.
Please ask a Receptionist if you think your reason for attending can be helped by a Paramedic Practitioner.
They are unable to help with these conditions –
Pregnancy, Obstetric and Gynae problems, Mental Health problems, Medications queries, Routine Reviews
(PLEASE NOTE – APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE TO BOOK FROM 8 AM EVERY DAY)

Dr David Clarke retires at the end of this year. There is a book available at reception if any of his patients would like to write something and/or donate to a leaving present for him. To all Dr Clarke’s patients, please do not worry you will be allocated to another GP when he leaves. You can telephone or ask at reception if you would like to know which GP you’ve been assigned to in January.
Please complete the patient survey, we are really keen to see how we are doing and produce an action plan with our patient participation group on how we can move forward and continue to improve our services. It is so helpful to know what our patients think we are doing well and where we can improve, or other suggestions. http://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/StLawrenceSurgery/
