Requesting a referral

Please note that if you are requesting a referral and you have not been seen by a clinician for the problem within the last six months, you will need to contact the surgery by telephone or online to make an appointment.

Existing NHS referral letters can be re-directed to private providers on request but you will need to tell us where to send it and who you would like to see. If you do not have these details, open referrals can be provided.

Requesting to expedite (speed-up) a referral

If your symptoms have remained the same we are unable to ask for you to be seen sooner.

If you are experiencing new symptoms, or existing symptoms have become significantly worse, you will need to see or speak to a clinician before an expedite letter can be sent. Please contact the surgery by telephone or online to make an appointment.
